We know that while planning your next fishing trip, you’re pretty likely to find yourself with some questions. So, we’ve provided answers to some of the most frequently asked ones right here. If your question isn’t on this list, of if you’d just rather talk to a real person, feel free to drop us a line at (541) 433-2548.
What Steps Are You Taking to Prevent Further Spread of COVID-19?
Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures, and at Shelter Cove Resort & Marina, we’ve been rethinking our operations to protect your safety while you relax and recharge. We’ve started offering a remote check-in service and stopped accepting cash payments. We’ve increased the frequency with which we clean communal bathrooms and decreased the capacity of our front desk area. We’ve initiated new sanitation protocols for our rental boats and cabins and discontinued the use of shared hoses in our marina. We screen all our team members at the beginning and end of every shift. And we use sterilizing wands to help ensure your room is clean.
We’re taking proactive steps now to prioritize your safety. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to give us a call at (541) 433-2548.
