Cabin Cancellations Non-holiday reservations require a 30 day notice to be eligible for a refund. Holiday cabin reservations (Martin Luther King, Presidents, Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays) require a 60 day notice to be eligible for a refund. All refunds are less a $10 processing fee. If less than required notice is given, your reservation will be eligible for a refund if re-rented. Call for details on our re-rent policy. Campground Cancellations Reservations (less than 2 weeks) require a full 10 day notice to be eligible for a refund. Camping reservations (2 weeks or longer) require a full 30 day notice to be eligible for a refund. Holiday camping reservations (see above for list) require a full 60 day cancellation notice. All refunds are less a $10 processing fee. If less than required notice is given, reservations are eligible for the re-rent policy. Call for details. Pet Policy Pets are welcome at Shelter Cove Resort. We ask that pets are kept on a leash at all times and are picked up after. Cabins are also pet friendly. 1 Pet is allowed at no extra cost. $25 per extra pet (2 +) will be charged at the time of check in.
